It was 93 degrees in CT this past weekend... And it was ultra humid. Not a problem if you dress for the weather.
I put this outfit together, and it was so light, I hardly felt the heat. The iced Corona (or two) probably helped as well.

The polo and the skirt were a steal, I love my Aerogreen shoes, and the newsboy hat kept the sun at bay.
Meanwhile, down at the LPGA Championship in Havre de Grace, MD it was equally hot...but the girls could be counted on to look ultra cool.

I like the outfit...some clubs might say the skirt was too short - but I don't think you'd get many complaints. ;)
ReplyDeleteI the Mizrahi pieces really ARE a bargain. It shows you can get nice golf clothes a reasonable price if you really look. Then you can splurge on shoes and accessories!
ReplyDeleteGG....Not only does it show that you can get nice golf clothes at a reasonable price but that you can be over 50 and still look great on the course. Although some might say being over 50 and wearing a skirt that short isn't fashionable. I say if you have great legs....go for it.

I alway get the impression that dress code rules are much stricter for guys, like somehow the impression is that guys are going to look like slobs so we've got to control what they wear. For example why can't the guy pros even wear shorts? I think that's crazy, not to mention unfair.
