She Shares the Lead at Sybase AND she Twitters

Suzann Pettersen has a lot to celebrate today.

The Norwegian beauty currently shares the lead (with Ji Young Oh) at the LPGA's Sybase Classic. AND Norway just won the Eurovision song contest which is HUGE (picture an over-the-top, international version of American Idol that's lots less boring). AND it happens to be National Norway Day today as @suzannpettersen revealed this morning on Twitter. Oh yes...and she now Twitters.

Ha det godt, Tutta...og Glade Norge Dag!

  1. My Grandmother was Norwegian and we spent summers there growing it. It's a very beautiful country and they must be very proud of Suzann.

  2. Maybe this is Susann's moment. I had her pegged as a multiple winner at the end of 2007, but it didn't quite happen in 2008. This might be her time. I hope so.

  3. Twitter is fine, but let's hope her putter does the talking.

  4. The wind seems to be favoring Miss Oh so far but it's early yet, they're both great players I'd like to see one of them get it.

  5. oops - and a 1' putt will ruin the whole celebration. what a shame.

how does the wind "favor" oh ? playing side by side, the wind doesn't favor anyone.

  6. Once again, @golfgirl provides us with exquisite info re the players of the LPGA. Suzann somewhat resembles Cristie Kerr in golf. Their play is so consistent that usually it takes someone else playing their best to win over them. Suzann is coached in part by VISION54.
