Automotive Marketing and the Female Golfer

I've recently encountered some interesting facts (trends? tendancies?) concerning the way car companies market... or don't... to women, and in particular to women golfers.  I'll be writing about the topic here a bit later.

In the meantime however,  I felt compelled to post this photo now due to  it's extreme awesomeness.

  3. I love Michelle Wie's KIA ad. Other than that I don't think I've ever seen an car company ad that included a woman golfer.

  5. I could see myself pulling up to the golf course with that! The bike for me, and the side car for my clubs...perfect!

looks WWII vintage to me (the jerry can, spare tire, spoke wheels, circular rear-view side mirrors and mud shield)

side cars are okay going straight but are an adventure on turns

at hard rock casino this weekend a harley-davidson with sidecar was a featured prize

    anyway be well
