Golf Web Design Job

If you're reading this blog chances are you like golf, and nowadays it seems almost everyone (except me) can design a website.

    I won't even fire up Visual Studio for $501-$1000.

    It's probably a job for beginners then. I know nothing about web design but it seems they want something ultra simple. How long does it take to get proficient in Visual Studio, BTW?

    I'm with anonymous, but many of these clients on a tight budget often find some pretty talented students willing to meet their needs (and budget).
