The fun, flirty, fashionable golf blog - We cover golf for women & men... competitive players & casual fans, living the golf lifestyle. Golf is our passion.
There is something *so* disturbing to me, about a God-given talent that is completely squandered by the individual blessed with that talent. I cannot stand the sight of that man.
I find it quite refreshing that someone can live so hard and still qualify for PGA events. And I love that he doesn't care what anyone thinks about him.
Golfgirl, I can't believe you would post another subject related to fashion. What will the other bloggers think? You're degrading the game with this focus on how people look blah blah blah...
j/k.
JD is a huge lovable trainwreck of a human being. Now in checked nuclear orange pants.
God bless him, as we said here: http://blog.niceballz.com/2009/04/23/why-golf-needs-john-daly-back-soon.aspx
All good so long as the there not a huge 74 Lumber logo on the back! and he should really be Rockin some White sunglasses to match the shoes. Come on home Big John!
I think if John can make the necessary positive changes in his life without changing the John Daly we all relate to on the outside, then I think he will truly find happiness and satisfaction with his game because he can just be himself.
Let John be John. Sure he's a character, and for his own good has to cut back on his drinking, but he seems to be trying. I'm not buying the "God-Given" talent line, with all due respect LLG. It's too easy to call years of hard work and beating balls "Given talent". I think if you asked most pros if they feel they were given their ability they'd say it was given to them after they hit a million or so golf balls. Give the guy a break.

ReplyDeleteI think it is cool that your cards match JD's pants. That means you should be his partner in a Pro-Am, right. ;)
ReplyDeleteI think you better just stick with Sergio. :\

ReplyDeleteOutfit - No Comment.
I'm pretty sure he got the pants here at loudmouthgolf.com. I myself have the "bubblegum" and "chartreuse" ones.
ReplyDeleteJD really does look like he's lost 40 lbs.
ReplyDeleteHopefully it is making him feel better physically, which will transform his game at the same time.
