I can find fun in almost anything... really... and I did have some fun times in 2009. However, I'm more than ready to see '09 in my rear view mirror. ~ And I know I'm not alone in that sentiment.
I think it's quite fitting that we're about to begin a fresh decade - at least symbolically - and it's a great way to move on and resolve to build a new and better era.
Later today, I'll be writing about the year that was... and the year I'm looking forward to. See you then.
nice posting thanks for sharing this with us.
ReplyDeleteoh no !!!! Patricia has been messmerized by that horrid Golf Channel marketing...2k10...how corny can you get ? Look away, P ! There's still time to save your soul !! :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm going to be looking north by northeast tonight before midnight - expecting to see the lights from the Casa de Golf Girl New Year party extravaganza. ;-)
A very Happy New Year to you Patricia and to everyone reading this blog. Here's hoping for a lot more golf and a lot less scandal in 2010...and if a sentimental favorite happens to enter the final round of a major championship in 2010 with a chance to win, will they PLEASE get it done?! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to it all!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Patricia. Thanks for sharing your passion for the fun, flirty fashionable side of golf.
ReplyDeleteWishing you and all Golf Girl readers a Happy New Year. Lets all work in 2010 to spread the message about what a beautiful game golf is !!!
ReplyDeletePS. I agree with PureGolfJourney about Lefty. I mean... I agree about whoever he might have be referring to. ;)

@ashgolf Lefty left us hanging, and it really sucked, but what really got me questioning whether there is any justice in this universe was Tom Watson's near miss at the Open...God I promised my therapist I wouldn't bring it up again!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for what is ahead of golf, at least I know that everything is out in the open now...I hope fashion will be better, I hope better stars will emerge. As everyone always say--no one is bigger than golf but golf itself...thank you for everything, Patricia, you make me validate every fashion decision I have...hahahaha! (owning 16 golf shoes is not crazy!)
ReplyDeleteTo 2010 and your best year ever! BBx

Oh dear, PureGolfJourney - Stewart Cink winning The Open was the golf highlight of 2009 for me as I have been a fan of his for years. Don't get me wrong, I adore Tom Watson, as everyone does over here, but he does have a few Claret Jugs already.
